Rules of Use

Using GoldenCard Offers (“Offers") is subject to these Rules of Use ("Rules") and any terms of use included on the Offers. As GoldenCard reserve the wright to modify these rules any time, Customers should read these Rules carefully prior to using any Offer.


 

  1. GoldenCard Offers:
  • Can be used seven days a week – merchant-specific exclusions may apply.
  • Unless specified in the offer, offers can be availed by adults only. It is at the discretion of the merchant to allow offers to be used by kids.
  • Should be informed and presented to merchant prior to asking the service, Food or Drinks, to avoid having any conflict or misunderstanding. It is at the discretion of the merchant to accept or reject any offer after making the Order.
  • Are not valid in conjunction with any other discount offers, promotions, and special menu items or loyalty/rewards programs.
  • Always the less expensive item is the one deducted from the bill.
  • All vouchers have an estimated saving, this value is just an estimation so the exact value of the Offer may vary.
  • The least expensive item (as listed on the Offer) will be deducted.
  • The two items must be from the same category or as marked on the Offer. (examples: buy one “main course” and get one “main course” free; or buy one “Chicken Burger” and get one “Chicken Burger” free, or as specified in the offer, for any doubts, please ask the merchant to which items in their menu the offer applies before placing your order.
  • Offers are not redeemable for breakfast, drinks, starters, side dishes, desserts or shared platters – unless otherwise indicated on the Offer.
  • Offers are not valid for delivery or takeaway - unless otherwise indicated on the Offer.
  • Offers that can be redeemed on Takeaway are clearly marked as Takeaway.



 

  1. Offer Validity
  • Offers are only redeemable with the issuing merchant and/or venue.
  • Offers apply only to the items/services and location(s) specified on the Offer.
  • Offers are exclusive and not valid in conjunction with any other discount offers, promotions, special offers or dining/loyalty/employee/rewards programs.
  • Offers do not apply to any additional service charges or taxes.
  • Offers are valid seven days a week, unless specified on the Offer and minimal exclusion days apply.

  • Offers are not redeemable for cash, unless required by law.
  • Unauthorized reproduction, resale or modification of any Offer is prohibited. Offers are void if resold or bartered.



 

  1. How to Redeem GoldenCard Offers
  • For redeeming any Offer, please inform the merchant your intent to use GoldenCard Offers before order your service, food or drink, then:
  1. Before order your bill, open GoldenCard Application
  2. Select the merchant/restaurant.
  3. Open the specific Offer you intend to use.
  4. Present your mobile device to merchant staff.
  5. Merchant will enter their 4 digit PIN number.
  6. Once the merchant PIN is entered, you will receive SMS and email confirmation for the successful redemption with Transaction Reference Number (TRN), and the item or service will be removed from your bill.


 

  • To redeem more Offers, simply repeat the same process.
  • In the case of a dispute, the bill must be settled as per local law. Relevant parties will be contacted by GoldenCard team for resolution.



 


 

  1. Hotel Vouchers
  • The hotel voucher provides you one complimentary night when you purchase one night of equal or greater value
  • The hotel voucher provides you discount on the Rack Rate which is rate directly quoted to you by the hotel staff
  • The hotel voucher can be used for a minimum of two nights consecutive stay
  • The hotel voucher is only valid for room and does not include breakfast unless otherwise specified on the voucher.
  • Redemption of the voucher is subject to availability of the room with the hotel
  • The hotel voucher cannot be used with the online bookings done through the hotel website or any 3rd party websites



 

  1. Beauty & Spas, Health & Fitness and Services
  • Offers can be redeemed in two ways:
  1. One Offer can be used by two people within the same visit, with the second person treatment or service being complimentary.
  2. One Offer can be used by an individual, whereby you must pay full price for the first treatment/service and your second treatment/service will be complimentary on your next visit. The complimentary treatment/service must be redeemed within Offer validity period and by the same person who get the first treatment.

 

  1. Exclusion Days
  • Offers can be used 7 days a week, excluding the following days and any other public holidays as announced by the government:
  1. Eid Al Fitr
  2. Eid Al Adha
  3. National Day
